5 TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY DURING THE LOCKDOWN

Health is predominantly assets than wealth: If someone told during the year 2019; people would have been a “laugh”. Now Health is the primary one’s everybody gives equal space in modern society. humans adapted the technology such as Smartphone, laptops, computer, and tablets according to these terms IT / ITES industry are extremely used whole technology system in their Professional life and personal life how they should balance between technology and health in day to day life. Techie feels mentally in the whole day wake up in unknown time;  “just open the laptop with the breakfast; start the task; perhaps during the break time, they spend some news in social media platform, songs hearing and close the work during dusk.”  Here we couldn’t think healthy to stay fit due to unaware our lifestyle leading into darkness; One day we feel unhealthy and how we couldn’t take care of our health in a legal way? Here, I have mentioned five tips to stay healthy for the IT/ ITES Industry.

  • DON’T SEE YOUR SMARTPHONE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN YOU ARE WAKE UP

Smart Phone usage gives more priority in the morning time to check notifications if someone texts/ image sends/receive to us then focus on friend’s status. How we are addicted to the routine process of our mind without knowledge of it. We couldn’t blame our modern technology instead of that we promise: “I don’t view my phone until my regular activity gets over such as meditation, some warm-up exercises, bike cycling, etc.”

  • KINDLY DON’T SEE A COUPLE OF NEWS RELATED TO CORONA IN THE MORNING TIME

I give some suggestions to everyone not only IT professionals. Please, don’t over-watch the news channel regarding anything which leads you to afraid of your mindset. This has happened in every home behind the reason women viewed about corona news more than men; shared about the experience to their friends & family, so, they suffer indirectly by you. Kindly listen to “spiritual songs or good background music" on your phone then the day starts with positive vibes which reflects our whole day.

  • PLEASE STAND UNDER THE SUN RAYS FEW MINUTES DAILY ONCE

Everyone feels the sun provides heat which will affect our skin color and it becomes headache but no one thinks about positive way; which are reduced our depression, enhances vitamin D levels, bones gets strength, good sleep, and skin diseases. “Typically we stand out 3 to 4 times per week with 5 to 10 min each. Reports suggested: people are used to sun rays for this pandemic period which boosts our immunity levels stability against diseases. 

  • MAKE A YOGA AT LEAST 10TO 20 MINUTES IN YOUR COMFORTABLE PLACE

Few Yoga asanas, Surya-namaskar exercises, and Meditation bring you to reach better physical and mental health. During lockdown are a better opportunity to learn it and most preferred one to IT/ ITES for getting rid of their problems such as “sleep disorder, obesity, anxiety, etc.” if you don’t have time with your busy schedule: just inhale and exhale with your breath which helps to stay fit.

  • SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY WITHOUT USAGE OF SMARTPHONES

Now a day’s friends, family members and even marriage couple don’t spend time with lovable ones/family rather than phones even if there are in the room they didn’t talk each instead of using phones in each corner. Healthy lifestyles don’t consume food and also maintain a better relationship with others.

As I said above which is easy to use in the IT/ ITES industry that needs to look out and gets benefits in your regular life. Our society moved to the digital platform we can’t stay back and also be-healthy is our responsibility. We remain it: Technologies have changed over some time to make sure our life is always a balance between health and wealth. During the crisis, we have come across a lot of struggles that pointed out our wealth is equal to health.
