This is my option on how to change our bad habits through small things lets start with "Everybody is witnessed to our life Right". We wouldn't say on my life has completely shattered due to this person, place, incident, friends, relations, and more but how or what basis I am here without nothing in my life. "I tell you". we ask our-self who is the responsibility.?? SEE BELOW.
MIND AND HEART

How many of you believe this one for all the good and bad things of your regular day-to-day life activities. These two important functions in our human body lead the way to shape our Career, Health, Social status, how we are behaving in each second, talks, react, speaks, think, decision making, feelings, and many more. Without these two Tricky Game. We Wouldn't Imagine whole things.

How Does Mind Works
The scientific approach Deeply, we are looking at the process is "REPEAT". Repeat defines your action from Day to Night. For example, If we take an "IDLY' breakfast around 8 AM on Monday. This Routine is developed in a whole week. What it has stored in our mind is a repeated action. "HOW IT IS" Mind is always like a "Hard disc or Computer". whatever encrypted through five sense of human parts like eye, ears, nose, mouth, skin, and parts of the Human system. The Heart is also a part of this process it will send a signal to the mind related to feelings, anger, depression, desire, love, lust, happiness, sadness, jealousy, and much other sense included in human heart functions. So, the Mind, and Heart work in human activity is more than as we imagine.

For Real-life example:
If I am regularly doing smoke in what does my mind gets instructions through my sense and other body parts. It provides an exact time and date when you have start and end of your smoking. so if you take one packet of cigarettes continuously in one month then your mind and heart feel your experience and save automatically after that brain functionality sends a signal frequently after few years we couldn't think how much we have used per day. So, about how we are addicted to the pattern as the process leads to a danger zone. Do you want to break the chain? 

CHANGING YOUR MIND-HEART PATTERN BY USING THESE STEPS:
Step 1:Just listen to your thought process. it is disappear. You are surprised.
Step 2: Don't compare your thought with another one.
Step 3: Don't interpret it or fight with your thought. Because it hurts you.
Step 4:Important thing is Don't guilty at any point.

Make a note
I am just given an idea of how to overcome the habit with some small tips. This is my suggestion to be happy in every second of life. but in this article, I tried to convince my knowledge to you guys and If you want to try please follow the procedure I mentioned above or else just contact me I will guide you to don't take any practice without a proper guru or mentor. I how you to understand the way I am trying to explain you.

Conclusion
In this article, I have said my suggestions it seems to be a Meditation Techniques which I have been doing in my regular days. I am also looking for a result like you. It's very useful to everyone for practicing because a mind doesn't know how to live in the present moment. How?? before that, we need to see our education system is telling you to be in the present moment or looking for a future or goal??. Why it may be good for academic excellence but where is our happy life how should I learn to be happy.?? I suggest to you guys to take meditation and yoga asanas because it leads to inner happiness more than the outer world. Many of them don't know the assets of these two things. Before signing off. Ask ourselves what is a life force about how related to body and mind then, how chakras help to comfort health in human life.
