GOAL- BEING IN PRESENT MOMENT where we start our journey at which criteria we have moved our path to some other destiny. This would be constructed through parents to society, education system to students, friends, relationships, etc. they always suggest us to think about future how  it would be similar to goal not what are we doing right now.  Think when we were in school or colle ge days either we have thought about future what we would have supposed to be like Engineer, doctor and other high-value position. Unfortunately, nobody taught being in the present moment.
